Melissa Volz-Smith, an Assistant Vice President and Banking Center Manager at Citizens State Bank in Carmel, brings a wealth of experience and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction to her role. A graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, Melissa has cultivated an extensive and loyal client base over her years in banking center management. Her strong commitment to supporting women-owned businesses led her to found Citizens Women's Connection, a platform for local women business owners and professionals to connect.
Managing the Carmel banking center, Melissa takes pride in serving Hamilton County and the surrounding areas. Beyond her role at the bank, Melissa is deeply involved in her community. She serves as the Design Chair for the Taste of Carmel, a fundraising event for the Carmel Education Foundation.
